Georgia Hubley is an American percussionist, vocalist, and visual artist. In 1984, she formed the indie rock band Yo La Tengo with her husband, guitarist/vocalist Ira Kaplan. They released their first album, Ride The Tiger, in 1986.
In addition to being the drummer and vocalist for Yo La Tengo, Georgia Hubley has also played guitar, keyboard, and a drum machine on some of the bands recordings. As well as designing covers for the band's releases.
Here she is with Yo La Tengo performing "Here to Fall." While I recommend watching the full song, the drums don't come in until the 1:04 mark.
